The Call Centre will arrange to have the tyre changed using the client's spare tyre.

The Call Centre will arrange to open the vehicle and retrieve the car keys.
Run out of fuel
The Call Centre will arrange for fuel to be delivered to the members. The Call Centre will supply up to 10 litres of fuel for the member's account. This service will be arranged up to a 40km roundtrip (from starting point to the point of dispatch) and is limited to 1 incident per annum. Additional fuel can be arranged for the member's account.

The agent will establish your location through WhatsApp or SMS communication. Your case will be forwarded to the nearest Service Provider in the area where you are stranded.
Your Service Provider will contact you and you will receive a link whereby you can do live tracking of how far Help is.
